History
Schnitzer West teamed together with some of the areas finest architects,
interior designers and contractors to develop Schnitzer North Creek. This
team approach has resulted in an innovative and architecturally pleasing
exterior design concept and a tenant interior space planning and improvement
service unmatched by any other suburban office developments. North Creek has won several TOBY awards throughout the years, including 2002-2003 Building of the Year for Technology Campus II, 2003-2004 Building of the Year for Technology Campus I and 2003-2004 Building of the Year for Building I.
